Source for wingmaster 28” bbls with remchoke?

Anyone know of a source for modern 28” vent rib wing master barrel with remchoke?

I know they are back in production but I haven’t found a reliable place to order one yet.

I’m guessing you’re looking for gloss blueing. Cabelas had them many moons ago, someone will have one. Try posting on the EE too

They come up on the EE once in awhile. Took me awhile to find one.

Lots of people don't seem to realize the difference between a Wingmaster and an Express.

Do the modern production Wingmaster barrels come with the ball detent on the forend ring so they will work with the older forend caps? I've seen Express barrels that didn't have them.

I'd suggest the OP look at online auctions. I picked up a 26" Wingmaster barrel fixed IC in excellent condition at an auction earlier this year for under $200 including taxes and buyer's fee.

Reliable on Fraser St. in Vancouver had one last week when I was in buying the new to me Browning.
I can not find it on the used section of their used website, but an email or a phone call might answer the question.
The Can Post issue might be a no go for you then again Reliable might have another alternative carrier.

Dam, it is an express model and likely matte finish as well.

Express barrels are matte. Also it’s easy to find wingmaster barrels with fixed chokes and usually no vent rib.

Remington makes them new, I guess I could phone gravel and see if it’s something they can bring in.
