Sources for bulk match bullets

Ok, I have to ask since in any contain my curiosity anymore. Ganderite, what are you doing with literally tons of gunpowder, and thousands upon thousands of bullets? Or do I need to stop by North Bay in a few weeks when I am on my way back from the PDAC, lol
I used to be the Technical Director of a small ammo company. We made sniper ammo for police and military. We stopped about 10 years ago when the paperwork to buy and import components weighed more than the stuff we bought.
Bulk match bullets come in boxes of 1,000 or 2,500, depending on the maker. Brass comes in large drums. Powder in 20kg drums.

When I started shooting I figured I should buy in 'bulk', so I could get a good discount on my primers powder bullets etc. Instead of buying bullets 100 at a time, I was thinking of maybe 2000 at a time.
While that was 'bulk' for me, in comparison to the amount of shooting that I did and the amount of money I had, that doesn't mean that it looks like a 'bulk' order from the other side of the deal (the seller). If bullets are $40 per box at retail, then 2000 bullet are $800. While on the spending side that's a good chunk of change, an $800 order isn't the sort of thing you can call up a distributor with and say "listen here bub, I've got this _bulk_ order that ought to really get your attention; can you swing me a good deal on it?".

Back about 10 years ago when I was importing bullets from Hornady as a distributor, you needed to order $2,500 worth of product to get your shipping paid for your order. If I remember correctly, you had to have somewhere close to $5,000 in orders to retain your 4% volume discount.
I get a kick out of guys basically looking for less than wholesale dealer cost on (3) boxes of bullets. I almost wanted to laugh. When someone would ask for a large discount, I'd normally say, "Sure thing! How many thousands of bullets were you looking to buy?". That normally shut them up quick.
