Sources for replacement SKS parts...

Hi all,

I've exhausted the usual sources I deal with, and can't seem to come up with a replacement front sight assembly for my SKS. I'm looking to lop off the bayonet lug, polish and re-blue it - but I don't really want to modify the original part. Does anyone know of a dealer that may have some kicking around?

Lever arms in Vancouver has a bunch of parts from some junk pinned SKSs they broke down a few years back, They should have what you need.

SKS man has what you need! I have never had problems getting stuff over the border with him. He is also extremely easy to deal with! I will ALWAYS get my SKS stuff through him!

Curtton...I'd like to keep the sight assembly should I ever decide to restore the rifle to it's original condition - Thanks for offering though!

I've had several Norinco SKS rifles, and flogged them off years ago - On a whim I grabbed one of the Russians from LeBaron, and I was very pleased with the differences in quality. Now I'm stuck with this SKS bug... Grrrr....
