Southern Ontario fall turkey season

Congrats to everyone that was able to fill their tag this fall.
Between work and the fields I hunt all filled with uncut corn, I was not really able to make much of a season this year. On Wednesday I saw 12 in one of the field I hunt on. They were slowly making their way to me...a coyote rus at them scattering the pack. Unfortunately by the time they reassembled they were spooked and walked in opposite direction.
This morning no sign of turkey but a Golden eagle swoops down on my decoy! (No wonder the turkey were no where to be found) It was huge over 5 foot wing span. When I got home I positively ID that I'm sure it was a golden eagle. Sorry to high jack thread but has anyone else seen a golden eagle in Ontario? I'm in Caledon. Such amazing things we see during the hunt it's not always about filling the tag. We are very fortunate to do what we all love...hunting.
Happy hunting everyone, one more day left.

Yes Congrats to your daughter on her fall bird. That's a dandy ! I'm sorry for posting my picture here and the only reason I did was because I thought it was a fall turkey thread for all. I goit jumped on last spring from an ass here for making my own post because they had one up and thought this was the same thread in the fall. I will delete my picture because I now understand what the thread is about Sorry.

This is the fall turkey thread for all and your pics belong here as much as mine! I'm sorry I got a bit excited and kinda hijacked the thread!

Please put your pics back up Adrian...we could all stand to see a few more fall turkey pics!

Could it have been a Juvenal bald eagle? There are some Golden's in Ontario but not a lot...supposedly 10-20 pairs.
