The Victoria Cross medal is made of the bronze from captured Russian cannons. That is so cool and has meaning.

I can see the beautiful irony in using Nazi weapons for materials to be used in the construction of a Russian church.
I think that is cool and has meaning too.

Yeah, because the first thing Russia did after the war was to re-blue all the captured weapons because they were so flush with cash..... Have you seen the dark plume their aircraft carrier leaves like a jet contrail to mark its location? This is not an organization that’s spending money like that. Grease, wax paper, crate, voila.

Here is hoping they keep some for museums etc around teh world. It's always a shame to lose history. I always think to all those beautiful WWII aircraft that they dumped overboard or cut up.

Typical Russian stupidity, feeding black caviar to pigs or trying to horseshoe the flea. Those Lugers in the video have been deep blued refinished as they have same finish exhibited on most of RC guns. These guns are prohibited for civilian sales in Russia and with sanctions, no way to sell them abroad, and too expensive to keep. So you get stupid outcome.
