First, pur release oil in the groove and let it seak for a couple of hours. After punch at both place in alternance but (very important) use a hard plastic wedge as a punch (or worst scenario an aluminium punch) in order to avoid damaging the part or finish. Don't have to hit hard, but if you hit at both place you will have better result.

Got my US Coast Guard Muzzle Brake and national match Combat Sight this afternoon. Haha, finally knock the old flash hider out tonight. (didn't use drill, just use nail punch and hammer)

Here's a few pictures:

What size allan key do I need to get the flash hider off? I seem to have every size except the one that fits. :-(

Once sighted in, did the new flash hider change the position of the front sight, (ie. is the front sight more or less off to one side of the sight base that it was with the Norc flash hider/sight base)?

Took this rifle to the shooting range last week, no problem at all. Regarding to the reducing recoil, because there was no comparison. So really can't tell.

It's the same base as Norc one, so it won't change any position.

For the allen key to remove the suppressor nut, i used the one with 1/16".

Irregular sizing. You will likely have to take some cheap tool and do some custom filing work.
