Sp 01 to sp-01 shadow line compatibility

How much is interchangeable between the two pistols?

Springs? Mags? Grips? Holsters?

Everything. They're identical. The SP-01 Shadowline has flat safeties, the stupid new style combat hammer, and aluminum grips.

Why the hate on the new hammer? It takes out the camming action and gives a clean breaking light trigger pull... Very similar to the competition hammer. I quite like it and would prefer it over the regular CZ-75 hammer.

I'm getting a CZ SP-01 Shadow...I've heard installing a 13 pound hammer spring and a competition hammer are a couple of good mods
for the gun, can anyone tell me the best place to get these? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Mark, yeah I've heard the spring and hammer mod make a very good pistol great! Dlask Arms on Annacis Island, B.C., I'll call them tomorrow...

I'm not sure if the hammer mod makes a difference on the Shadow or not. I think folks do that on non-shadow pistols.

One of the resident CZ guys here could clear that up - for myself as well.

I'll do springs after I get mine broken in, I figure.

The hammer makes a huge difference. The best one is still the competition one though
