spanish royal guard flintlock pistol

[bjsgear]

i checked the internet and im pretty sure this is a reproduction. if so does it have to be registered?

[tiriaq]

If it is post-1898, it is restricted - or prohibited if the barrel is short.

I thought flintlocks were not guns you needed to register no matter the production date but cap locks need to be registered if they are replicas. Am I wrong on this. I often am wrong.tiriaq help me.

This is the case unless it is a pistol, all pistols after 1898 are considered restricted

Even wheel-locks?

[mrclean89]
