Well I went with neither and ordered something different . Vortex crossfire 1-4 with V brite. Figured it would help with those longer shots .

Not sure what you paid, but I know of one for a great deal on the EE that includes a Leupold Mk 2 I see mount ;-)

Well my Bushnell TRS 25 just showed up and infact has the white lettering, unlike the box and everywhere depict lol. The dot definately does not wash out in the top 1/3 like some vids I've seen, not sure if they have addressed this...mabey?? And the dot is far from crisp, more like little cluster of dots, not real impressed with that, but i will try it on the AR at the range shortly and judge it after that.

Keep in mind, its a good RDS "for the money". Not a good RDS in the grand world of optics.

I would consider my dot more of a star burst, however when you shoot in bright day light, it kind if drowns out a bit and looks better
