Sparrow attack

Any idea how acidic bird feces is? Not exactly great for the vehicle...along with the scratches. Sorry you're butt hurt because I shot a Robin that was causing damage. Feel free to block me and go back to hippieville and smoke another joint.

Shooting robins ? Not enough smarts to figure out an non lethal solution ?

Wow.
A lot of judgement in this thread. I trust there are no gopher, yote, rat, squirrel, skunk, et al, hunters among the lordly pontificators?
I also trust you guys don't own any mouse-traps either (After all, they just want to live. It's not their fault you consider them a nuisance).

*I'll take it as a 'given', that you've never had to shell out a few grand to have a nice vehicle repainted.*

When was the last time a bit of bird poop gave someone hantavirus?

If you can't see the difference my only hope is that you never breed and pass those genes along.

^^^This. It's a male that is fussing about another male encroaching on his turf. Usually they move on after a while.

Yup, you see the same thing here all the time, some guy attacking a post on an internet forum is not much different than a bird attacking his reflection. Difference is the bird is supposed to have a bird-brain, but the people should be smarter. :)

All good - anyone that contributed to "Tactipoor" last year is on my "Would love to sit down and have a beer list". I was stirring the pot as the comparison is ridiculous.

If we were local i would gladly have a few scoops with ya
We would have a right gud laff

We could share our robin hunting stories lol

This is really simple....... nobody "wants" to shoot a robin etc unless they are twisted.....

But sometimes, these birds and other species can cause a lot of damage if not dealt with.....

I once participated Ina thread here where I openly admitted to doing away with feral cats and was promptly shat upon..... even though said cats in my area kill more songbirds per year than I ever would in my lifetime.....

Some folks just don't get it.....

Is there a Mountain Ash nearby?
This time of year they like to eat the fermented berries and are a little tipsy!

That's usually cedar wax wings. And the berries don't ferment until fall. As a kid, used to love watching them dangle from the branches and fall, bouncing off every branch on the way down. Better than monkeys at the zoo.
