Just thought some of you here might appreciate this. A Franchi PA-8 that I customized to fit a SPAS-12 cage and handguard.

And here is a video of it firing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSSxsu7DotQ

What was all involved in making it? How much time? How much money? I don’t need another project but that’s a nice looking “SPAS-12”.

Stay tuned at the spas-12 projects website for an article on the full build process. It basically involved making a chassis for the barrel to mount the cage on to, and making an adapter to interface between the SPAS-12 pump handle and the PA-8 slide.

Nice work bud. From a quick look at the pic can’t tell the difference. I have handled and shot one before and they are tanks. Fun to shoot and can’t believe we can’t have them. Considering what available today!!! Also found the various controls on them hard to remember. I think that is one the reasons it lost luster in the military and police usage.

whats the website address? Are the spas parts hard to find or get from the states. If you could build something like this that would fit an 870 you'd be a rich man
