Designed for your lever action rifles in 45-70, 45 Colt, 44 Mag, .357/38 spl. Greatly reduces recoil while keeping a sleek low profile.

Proprietary true 2 baffle design. 90 degree radial ports intersect to create expansion chambers and forms true baffles for maximum recoil reduction with no concussion. Really stops the “Thump”. Not your average 45-70 radial muzzle brake.

.840″ in diameter. Muzzle brake is back tapered for a flush fit. Only adds 1.125″ forward of your barrel muzzle. (Diameter matches Chiappa 1886 Takke Down and back tapered to match .750″ on the Henry X, .765″ on the Ruger Marlins and .709" on the Pedersoli).

How exactly are you measuring recoil reduction?

We've measured recoil reductions by strapping the rifle on a wooden sled. Took a baseline of distance moved without the brake then compared to distance moved with brake on. The 2 average distances was divided to obtain a ratio of recoil reduction.
