Specialty Dies

Where does a person buy/order specialty dies? I'm looking for 7mm-8 Ackley Improved dies. Preferably RCBS, but would take other makes. I've only every reloaded for a generic chambering where dies were easily found on the shelf at the local gun store.

Think you would have to contact the die manufacturer directly.. I know Lee will make dies to order.. Don't imagine it's cheap tho

This ^^^. They probably have dies for calibres that haven't even been invented yet. And I believe they ship to Canada.

bigedp51: Not sure about Midsouth but Midway won't touch Canadian orders with a barge pole (even though reloading equipment isn't ITAR-controlled.)

CH4D will ship to Canada. They mailed me dies for my 219 Zipper, and then when I broke the expander button, they sent me a 5 pack of buttons. Great to deal with.

If you prefer RCBS, why don't you just call them up and see what they say? Worst thing that can happen is that they say is "no".

One of the manufacturers (I think Redding) would make dies for anything you want. If I recall you had to send them 3 fire formed cases from the gun you wanted dies for and they would make dies to suit
