i have seen them made from a piece of pvc tubing, but never really looked very closely at them

I've seen shotgun speedloaders used in 3 gun matches on the Shooting USA tv show. It looks like a long spring loaded tube that you place over the mag and push the shells directly into the tube in seconds.

I got mine from brownells. The main difference in the models is that the piece that mounts to the gun has different sized pins to match the gun that it goes on.
