Speedloader Information Needed

Hi again.

Two questions...

first, is there anywhere in Manitoba/Canada where I can order Safariland speedloaders?

Second, I am aware that the Safariland Comp II fits the Colt Trooper Mk III, but does anyone know if the Comp III does.

for fit info:
http://www.safariland.com/info/willfit/speedloaders_dg.pdf doesn't seem to show the comp III tho. Compp IIIs come in two sizes, one for K frame, the other for L frame
