The 165gr. Ranger, 165gr. Golden Saber and Winchester 165gr. SXT are all full power loads, lots of velocity and energy, much snapper than anything in 9mm and anything else in .40S&W. The Golden Saber load is great, averages over 1200fps and over 500ft/lbs of energy. Beware, many of the new 165gr. loads are reduced power loads, example, Federal 165gr. JHP. The three I mentioned are all full power and pack plenty of punch. This is a great weight/velocity/energy round in .40S&W!
