SPEER Spitzers 160gr Hunting?

Just wondering how Speer spitzers work on game in 160gr 7MM RM , ?

Not my first choice, but if you got 'em , load on the lighter side of the big magnum, and you should be fine.

I used to shoot alot of 160 gr Speer spitzers & boat tails when I had my 7mm Rem Mag. Never did shoot any animals with them though, just paper.

Should work ok, but my preferences run towards premium bullets for hunting. The extra cost IS worth it to me.

I have never used it so take it with a grain of salt but the 160g Speer Mag tip has good reputation.
