Spf?

I guess I should have posted the question in the general area, but at the time I didn't
know what SPF was and my usual haunt is the rimfire forum, habit I guess. Now that I know what it means I prefer to see the asking price + SPF, just for the research aspect. Thanks all. UG

don't matter as some people will sell for lower or higher if it is obo. other people will say it is sold just to see what people are willing to pay. spf

What *I* don't understand, is why it's such a big deal to replace the asking price in the ad with SPF, like it's some biiiiig secret what you were asking for it now that it might be sold!
What if I want to know what a particular firearm's going for, or what I could sell mine for... half the posts say spf and are then useless

I have found that many members are too stupid to realize the gun is actually sold if they see a price anywhere in the post. I'd rather answer 1-2 pms asking what it went for instead of several a day until the post is nuked. I solved the problem of post-sale pms by just deleting the entire ad title and all.
