I have some reloads on millitary cases (55G sp over 27G of R15) the ammo has been sitting unused since about 97 ish . I just dug this stuff out and started useing it and i am noticing that the case are splitting at the neck lengthwise, the primers look fine . the winchester brass I have is fine but the mill stuff is splitting, are these cases hooped? should i just pull mu bullets and start over with commercial stuff . Anyone else heard of this?

The brass is buggered for re-use. I thought that mil brass was a little lighter than factory commercial stuff. Don't bother pulling the bullets just use them up and don't try to re-use them if the split can't be trimmed out. Even then I would be hesitant.
