SPM-12 9"

Noob here, but when I look at the SPM-12 9", I wonder why it's not prohibited. 9" barrel and looks "assault". Any chance it gets banned in the near future. It does look cheaply made btw

If they made a tube fed version of this with out all the junk on it, I would be all over this. And yes, it DOES look cheaply made.

prohib firearms are due to legislation or regulation. If they cant cite legislation and it isnt covererd under the OIC's then its legal, for now.

Just the top rail feels cheap. If it had an action release it would be awesome.
