Sponsored shooters..

IIRC, Max Michel is Louisiana cajun. That's about 10+ generations removed from being considered 'French'.

I think some misunderstood my intent with the OP. I did not like the quality of the one an only norinco I owned,...an HP 9 12 gauge. It was a little brutal,....but worked. It would seem the QC is a little rough on these guns. If I wanted something to plink with that was cheap and didn't want to put a whole lot of faith in ,....I would probably get a norinco. On the other hand,..if I wanted a tested and reliable gun, I would get a Glock, Beretta,..CZ, Tanfoglio, HK, STI,..etc....(in no particular order). One big reason no one in the US would get sponsored is the fear of being ostricized by others, and the fact that I believe Norinco's can't be imported into the US.

That was the first L3 match ever in China so the shooters were all from HK, Macau and Taiwan. It was also a demo match for Chinese officials. My friends told me there were guys there from all branches of the Chinese Military, the Chinese Police and the Chinese CIA, FBI, NSA, DEA etc.

.

I don't believe that it is possible in a DICTATORSHIP like China for citizens to own fire arms .....................:confused::confused:

No China is a dictatorship like or not :D
