Friend has given me one in very nice condition, but missing a rear sight.
I have a spare PH5C lying around, but need adapter to connect the two.
Rifle has the left side rail type mount. The PH5C was mounted on a CIL950T.

Any info? Need help.

You might be further ahead by going with a Central sight and using the side rail rather than getting a suitable mount for the PH. The latest eyepieces (Gehmann, AHG etc) will then also fit.

Some of the older Central sights have the small hole and 3 hole sliding aperture. I believe there are adaptors made that screw into the small hole and have a larger hole for Gehmann and Anshutz eye pieces. Some older Centrals are also 1/3 minute adjustments.
 
Mount for the PH5C is going to be hard to find, unless you chance across one or are able to machine one up. Central, Musgrave, and others will fit on that block. Then you can find an aperture or adapter for all the modern ones. I run a Musgrave which is basically a rebranded different PH sight. (Yes, I know, Musgrave are from South Africa. Lots of stuff got 'house branded' at one time.)
