Sportdog waranty

I ordered a locator beeper for my old dog as he is getting hard to find since he's pretty much deaf. It came today and didn't work right so I phoned sportdog customer service and they are fed-exing me a new one without requiring a return or even warranty proof. I've had good results on previous warranties and they are pleasant , helpful and chat about dogs. Their stuff works well for me as my dogs are hard on equipment making warranty important. Here's the offending item.

I run a sportdog e-collar on our girl. Haven't actually had to use it, but it's good to know they make good with their customers.

I've used their stuff for years after a very disappointing experience with tri-tronics which now Garmin, the collars seem to last 5-7 years of heavy use and the transmitters a bit longer.
