Sporteque, should I be worried

I bought one of the Glock 23's off there site on tuesday and sent an email yesterday since I didn't get a confirmation and I'm yet hear anything at all.

Should I be worried?

some shops get overflowed by e-mails and can't reply as fast as you expect

Call and ask for M. Tony Ward. He almost never reply to e-mail. Give him a call, he's a good guy to deal with, don't worry at all.

Sporteque has never been really reliable concerning emails for me so far. But over the phone, no problem there...

I've known them for quite a few years and have had many happy deals with Tony... as other have said, if you want a quick answer you'd be much better to just pick up the phone and call them.

Just give them a call. Email correspondence can be iffy; sometimes you get a response in a day, sometimes a month.

Call em, they never reply to email, also, if you have something on order, they rarely call you back. My experience...

I like to call them every week until everything is completed, this way they dont forget and also remember that hunting season is there, gunshop is very busy.

Was there today and place was crowded with hunters... Tony is good guy to deal with.
