I need some advice. I am considering a new O/U to start shooting sporting clays with. I am a trap shooter at heart, and as such really prefer longer barrels: 30" at a minimum, but prefer 32", and would consider even 34". My choices right now are a Caesar Guerini summit limited in either 32" or 34", a Beretta 686E Sporting with adjustable comb (30"), or a Browning 525 sporting grade 1 (32"). I dislike the porting on the Brownings though.
I could also consider a 682 Gold with adjustable stock and 32" barrels, but would prefer used as it is getting a bit steep in price.

I really like the look of the Caesar Guerini, but find the palm swell a bit unusual and when I mount the shotgun it seems to cant slightly to the left. I am not sure if that is a palm swell thing, or perhaps how much cast off the stock has?

Anyways, here is my dilemma. Any advice?

What are you shooting for trap? If it's working for you then a sporting clays version of the same brand of gun would be the place to start.

It would seem the Guerini doesn't fit you if you need to cant the gun to be comfortable. Either the Beretta or Browning are good choices too although the Berettas generally also have cast off while the Brownings are more neutral. Any of these would be good guns.

If you are not stuck on an o/u you might consider the Beretta 391 Sporting Optima. I am really pleased with mine and shoot it as well as my o/u. In the 30" length it's longer than my 32" breaking gun.

Longer bls are preferred to smooth swings. Best advice is to try other folks non adjustable stocked guns at the range or buy the one that feels best to you. I do like the CG and shoot them well -- however Nicholes, the Canadian importer offers very poor service. I waited over 6 months for a replacement stock for a brand new Summit Sporting. When the new stock arrived cracked in the same place the dealer gave me a refund. I now shoot a Sporting Fabarm (they make Caesar Guerini bls and actions). You can buy them and save over $1000.00 compared to the guerini.
Cheers/luck
