Spotting Scope Purchase

Looking to purchase a new spotting scope. I have a few items that would like to have though.

1. Around $500 +/-
2. Magnification selection preference 20-60X
3. Objective lens would idealy be 60mm
4. Would like it to come in a kit that includes a tripod. If this isn't an option... No biggie.

Found a Leupold ventena sx-1 20-60x power with 80mm lens... For $500 comes with an entire kit. Hard & soft case, lens covers & tripod. Didn't think that was too bad for brand new
