Spotting Scope recommendations

Are there any decent spotting scopes under $300?

I just want to be able to see holes in paper out to 200 yards. Any recommendations?

I have the 20-60X100 and I can see hits on steel at 1422 yards!

I use a bushnell sentry 18-36x50 for my target shooting and sighting in out to 200 yards. Can also count the points on a whitetail with the proper background out to 6-700 yrds. I paid around $159.00. There's better one's out there but it does what I need it for. There also available in Canada.
