Heya. Looking for a spotting scope stand like the ones from gearbuggy.com in the US. (Long pole that optic mounts to supported by a low tripod at the bottom).
The gearbuggy setup looks nice but is $500US. Hoping to find a quality solution in Canada. Anyone?

First strike makes a nice one as does Creedmoor sports. Freeland stands from Champions Choice or Champions shooter supply.

they wiggle like crazy in the wind, most silhouette shooters use a surveyor transit stand. they do not move even in the Saskachewan wind

I use the prismos gen 3 triggerstick tripod.. doesn't move, comes with a quick change adapter that goes from a v to support in shooting or spotting scope mount..

Just when I'd given up and planned to use a manfrotto tripod, I found a spotting scope stand used for sale. Saved some $, helped a friend. Everyone wins.

The manfrotto is/was ok.. the biggest disadvantage was if I wanted to spot for myself, prone. The manfrotto supports inverting the head but you have to partially disassemble the center pole to remove it.
