I have the same spotting scope purchased off of mica.... not top of the line but adequate for what I wanted it for and that is for shooting paper at 100 and 200 yds.
the thing I most find annoying about it is how fast the eye relief disappears.... at the low power setting you have lots of room, at the high power setting you have ZERO eye relief which sucks. I have had mine for about 2 weeks now.
for the money it is going to do what I need it to, it is fairly compact and overall I think on a cost basis it is a good deal. It has convinced me though to buy a better one at a later date.
Overall I would rate it a good range scope, but probably not something you want to take hunting. Great Deal for a Great Price.
