SPR mk12 mod0

We can do nearly anything AR. The biggest issues for us with this particular build are going to be the PRI forend and ARMS top rail. Not everything is easy or even possible to source and export from the US.

Not saying we can't get those parts only that we have never tried to before so I am not sure if we will be able to. I did put several PRI forends on our next US order so we shall see.

We won't be able to get that brake. We could make one but it will be EXPENSIVE to one-off custom make such a thing. Just depends on how badly you want it.

When I built mine, the hardest part was finding the ARMS rail..................and the Ops Inc. brake/FH, forget it................I couldn't source one out...............I settled for a Bushmaster AK brake that gave a similar look........then a Bushmaster 6 port brake..........then swapped it out for the G6 Vortec FH.............The Compass Lake barrel might be a tough find.........

Here's the one I built a few years back...........right above the M14 DMR Clone........

Is the straight pull upper much more accurate than what can be achieved by a proper DI build?

Its just a different way of charging the gun, as opposed to the T style charging handle. It will also let you use cheek spacers if you so desire to get a more consistent cheek wield.

Im pretty sure that its still a normal DI operating system.

It isn't a straight pull anything and it is a DI operating rifle. The cocking function has simply been moved to the left side kind of like an FN FAL. The good thing about this for a rifle with optics is it allows slightly easier access to the cocking handle.

Hey Suputin, what do you think of the PRI free float tube anyways? An AR is potentially on my "next to buy" list and I was waffling on the idea of going with a PRI free float tube (I like that it has the short rails on the side/bottom since im not a big fan of vertical grips)

The PRI rails are really really nice. Spendy but nice. Seriously I had to talk myself out of taking that upper home last week. It looks wicked cool. You also don't see those CF rails all that often so they add a bit of an exclusive look.

Hmm, more money burning holes in my pockets :p

Thanks! :p :D

FWIW, the Mk12 Mod0's where pulled from the system, converted to Mk12 Mod1's.

They then got recalled and had gas blocks taper pinned on.

Current can is the Surefire no longer OpsInc.
