Sprinfield XD owners out there

Hey CGN, this is for Springfield XD owners. I am thinking I want to try this pistol out in 40SW. I unfortunately don't have any I can handle to see how it feels first hand at a gun store. I currently own a PPQ M1, SFP9 and an M&P40. Still waiting on the PPQ to be approved but with the SFP9 and M&P 40 I have the large palm swells on them. I consider my hands medium sized. I've owned a Glock before and never liked the grip and have found the SFP9 best, although I've been told the PPQ can rival the SFP. My M&P is a 40SW and I find the grip fine.

So basically the XD has caught my eye, it won't be a safe queen, I'll shoot it lots and in competition. I want to know if anyone else has shot the XD lots and what the grip feels like. As mentioned my hand is medium sized if it helps as reference.

I had the 40.cal absolutely loved the gun. I competed over the years with it. I shot idpa and ppc with it. I also had the Glock too . I liked​ it way better then the glock I could also shoot only 1.9 or 2 grains of powder for ppc with a stock main spring and it cycle no problems. It was very accurate also.
