What sort of velocity are you getting from that 170 grainer, claims are over 2900fps are possible with CFE223, that'll definitely flatten things.
 
On this specific rifle I worked up a load to match the sights, so I wasn't chasing velocity. This combo is going about 2600+/- fps with 4064. With imr 4320 I had the same bullet shooting 2800 fps in a Husqvarna rifle, with the right powder 2900 should be doable.
