spring black bear

Fester - ain't that west coast sh$t thick! I grew up on the Coast, the thickest places are right at tree line in goat country. If you like the close encounters and blood pounding in your ears, take up bowhunting, that will wake you up. Nice bear - sausage or steaks?

I love this place almost 20 replys in a day!i am not very good with a bow yet but one day I might be don't think black bears are what I need to tune my bow skills on I like green feed bales(don't feel as bad when i wound them)I am realy exited about hunting bear and I pray I have a bit of the spring season off.(not too much) keep the good info comming.thanx a bunch

I tried bowhunting with a compound I couldn't really get into it. Now I shoot traditional for the fun of it. I hunted with my buddy last year with a bow its a great rush. I went with the black powder last year and I am going to try to get a bear with it this year, thats the goal anyway.
I love bear burger we also made 15lbs of italian sausage, mouth is watering.
