I believe Canada Ammo is now charging the full HST depending on your location? I know I was charged 13% on the case of ammo that was just shipped to me (2 days before the sale )

BC isn't an HST province , they should only charge GST on out of province orders.

They used to but not anymore. I believe the CRA rules are if you are a business registered to collect GST you must collect the appropriate HST if you sell and ship to a buyer in a HST province.
