Springfield M1.

Hey there,

I have an offer on deck for partial trade of a Springfield M1 Garand. It's been a while since I've seen realistic pricing on these, so I'm tossing it to the gurus here for some help. I'm not looking to make money, but I'm not looking to lose money and have to value it at a price I can definitely sell it at.

It's a non-matching parts gun, and I believe an early war model. Any help is appreciated.

Not a expert but I have looked and the going price of a referb is $1900 to $2k

I was looking about 3 years ago and saw a couple well used with messed up Barrels going for $1k (I passed on those) today they would not last a day

so if you can get it for
1k = grab it and run real fast

$1500 look at it real good and if ok Get it

$1800 go over it with a fine tooth comb

$2k does not look like a referb pass

Where's the rest of the stock?
