Yup. I phoned @#### two months ago to confirm - Fulton now has an export license and @#### is the exclusive import dealer for Canada. They even have most of the fulton lineup on their website for ordering and when I wanted something not on the site, they still took the order and added the part to the site the next day - I guess adding all the inventory to the web is a work in progress.

They even sell stripped fulton complete receivers - best price in Canada for a non-chinese M14 receiver right now and the fulton receivers are really nice too. To do over, I would buy Fulton for my personal guns at half the price of the LRB receivers I used. There is no difference between them in any practical sense.
