Springfield XD 45 ACP

I just purchased a new Springfield XD 45 ACP and am looking forward to putting some rounds through it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to some 'mods' IE laser sight , holster etc.. This is my first semi auto so I am fairly new to it. Any tips or tricks would surely be appreciated!!

I don't care for the sights that come on XDs. I changed mine to a Dawson Precision F.O.

Get a big box of bullets, shoot the crap out of it. Then decide if and what mods you want to do to it after you have experienced it in its stock form.

Ya , I planed on shooting a bunch before I did any changes , that way you can really appreciate the changes that you make.

I love mine and after a couple hundred of rounds down the pipe, the accuracy got quite a bit better. Or, maybe I hold it better now.....
