Hi, I shoot IPSC Production with my Beretta 92. As most of you know, the trigger pull is a big one. I'm wondering what springs I can change out and still remain in the Production division. The manual states factory parts, does that mean only parts manufactured by Beretta can be used?

To date I've changed the hammer to the hammer elite II and installed the hammer spring d version. What else can I change? Or am I stuck with what I have plus dry firing for days to try and loosen it up?

Thanks.

Polish, polish, polish. The hammer strut that the mainspring goes over needs to be smooth. The sides of the hammer too. Even the trigger bar can be polished and smoothed out. All those things will improve the trigger pull.

Thanks chall and slavex.

I will try to polish the parts and see if it helps. I'll try and post results too. Maybe some before and after videos.
