Springs needed for rifle bolt.

I have a Tyrol Waffensport .22 semi auto and single shot rifle. There are 2 springs in the rear of the bolt and it's these I need. They are 430mm OD x 100mm in length, compression springs. Would anyone know where maybe I could find springs like this. Thanks for any help.

The springs are 17" in diameter and 4" long? 430mm cannot be possible, and I'm not sure how 43mm or 4.3mm would be either.
