Spuhr Ideal Chassis System - SICS

Amazing weekend in Norway, 3 day match @viking_trail_prs_match was won by Spuhr team shooter @mathias.nn_shooting and 9 out of 17 trophys was won with Spuhr Sics chassis. It’s the highest regarded competition outside of USA and level is Very High.

Congratz to Mathias Nedergaard Nielsen, Robert Purvins, Adam Jernstrom, Joakim Stigenberg and Pia Nordquist for an amazing archivement!

Here is first prototype SICS chassi from 2020, a lot of things are similar but refined on production model.
The most important thing from day1 was to have LOP quick adjustable to get correct eyerelief regardless of shooting position.
That is to me still the main feature of Sics even though features as arca slider, folder (to ease of cleaning) adjustable bagrider etc also is important.
What feature do you rate as most important?
And you really must using or have used Sics to understand the Lop feature as almost everybody that not shoot sics don’t value the Lop feature and almost everybody who shoot sics use the Lop feature.( Lop feature- you change lop within 2 seconds and in the run)

Hakan Spuhr:

Tikka T3 in 6,5x55BJ Ackley imp with 24” barrel and Spuhr Sics chassi, and it feeds from a Magpul AICS .30-06 mag (AICS .300 mag size).
Chassi have the short 13” forend and adjustable bagrider. Scope is a premier 3-15.

This is all a hunting rifle and with no intention towards PRS.
