square deal b help needed!!!!!!!!!!!

now im half way through cutting the base of the stuck brass off with a hacksaw blade....
then I am going to mail the resizing die with the stuck case wall in back to dillon and let them fix it.....

Well, it's a good thing we live in Canada, and it's January. Most of the country resembles the inside of a freezer.

...ie, put it outside :p
 
S & B brass even if the flash hole is undersized it shouldn't jam up a complete unit. Looking at the Dillon sizing depriming die I guess the decapping/depriming pin would snap first before getting stuck in a flash hole.

What did Dillon say that would cause this ...

I just mailed in the die with the stuck case in it....
I will see what they say about it.

Reason asking is years ago..I had a spent 22 rimfire case stuck in a 38 special. The depriming pin went through the 22 case and still knocked out the primer. The 38 case stayed in the shell holder . The 22 case was impaled on the decaping pin when the die was raised. Just pulled the 22 case off.

Now every case gets a visual after cleaning.
