Disassemble it and clean the bolt. They get gunged up.

.22 ammo is sooo dirty, I cant stress enough! cleaning your rimfire rifles. It does not need to be a thorough job just a quick wipe, a patch of solvent and bit of oil. I only spend about 10 min per rimfire rifle, when it comes to cleaning.

Clean the action and then polish it up inside with some steel wool like has been done in posts about the AP74. Mine ate anything after that.

If its a M16r don't hold it by the mag while shooting, that will cause jamming.

I'm feeding my 20P from 3 M-16-style magazines........no worries, I just grasp the fore-end....
