I have a dilemma, I have like 25 squirrels running around my stand area and they are driving me NUTS!!
To top it off now there is 2 rabbits there and the squirrels are chasing them around :mad:
Its a good thing I'm a patient man:D

Oh did I mention the 12 Bush chickens :p

I'm thinking of going in there on Sunday and (thinning the heard;) )

But I don't want to stir up the area
But squirrel and rabbit stew sounds good, not to mention some yummy chicken breasts:D

What do you think I should do?
This is the place I took the 6 pointer in Muzzle Loader and I know there is an even bigger buck in the area
And we are in full rut :) (Almost)
 
Are the squirls chirping at you, or are they focused on the other wildlife? If they are ignoring you, they may actually be helping you blend into the scenery.
 
They can be friends or foe, as far as alarm goes, But me, if am still at the farm/cabin, on a sunday.:dancingbanana: Out comes the 22"s, and shoot :dancingbanana: them all. BBQ rabbit, and the little nut hunters, get skinned, and they pay for the bullets for next year, if they are in prime.:dancingbanana:
 
Out west we are being over run with the black, ontario import squirrels that the zoos brought in. Traps work GREAT. (no Liebral peepers, not the leg grabbing kind, the trap door kind.) The you can do what you want with em. I like the water barrel.

The action will make more noise than the shot.

(Please note that they are not recommended for rifle as the power/velocity is so low, but I found my 22 repeater and single shot rifle to work great with them.)
