same action as 10/22: break it down, remove the 2 allen head bolts with 5/32 allen wrench, remove v-block and either twist/pull it out, carefully tap it out or press it out. Newer rifles usually dont have much corrosion so the barrels come out pretty easy. Install is reverse. Doing it at the range will be a major PITA especially with the SR's nordic chassis that would need to be removed on top of the above procedure, then reassembled and probably need to re-zero optics/sights
