SR 22 Bolt Handles

Anyone have a source for custom bolt handles for SR's. I've heard that some are not good in the gun.First hand knowlege please.

Not first hand knowledge, but I read that the Tactical Innovations ones work well. And it probably going to be my next and hopefully last upgrade for my SR.

rimfire sports and hawkteck have a good selection of them , Remember the SR-22 is a 10/22 that looks different , they work the same

I have an aftermarket bolt handle on my nordic build

and i had to file the top to fit the frame on top but i also bought a kidd for another build and its just as cool no pics yet but had i installed it on my nordic build i would not have had to file anything it wasnt a huge deal but it was alot of filing and testing and i am not sure if i can use it on anything else now

Remember the SR-22 is a 10/22 that looks different , they work the same

Some of the aftermarket ones actually make contact with the top receiver cover of the nordic shell, and need to be filed in order to work.

Not sure which ones though.

hell tactical innovations mags are realy badass too! they make a polymer mag, and an alluminum mag for the 10/22 that are both tottaly feild stripable! a bit spendy but they do work, and the abilitie to take them apart for a thorough cleaning/repair/lubricating makes them kinda the ultimate in 1022 mags! i also have a bunch of buttelr creek steel lips mags, they run 100%! 1022's are fine rifles, just remember to use good quality ammo! sure you can use the big bulk box of super cheap federal american eagle ammo, or the remington peters stuff, but mine seems to feed, and function better using CCI stingers, and minimags, or dang near any of aguilas ammo!

Has anyone seen these ones from Rimfire Technologies? pic..

They look pretty cool, not sure where to order from though, found them on Hawktech Arms.. cant tell if they ship to Canada or not though.

I don't mind the Tactical innovations ones, but thinking more of a circular type... volquartsen maybe?
But also unsure which of the 10/22 variety will work on the SR, without having to grind/sand anything

I've used Rimfire Technologies charging handles on a few builds. (and other cylindrical types) but I'm not sure if they have that true "tactical" look to them that the SR22 craves??
