SR-22 questions

So I have some queries about the ruger SR-22 I'm hoping you all can help me clear up.

Does it fit standard AR-15 stocks (without major modifications)

also i want to change the grip on it to something like

Can one just grab ones for an AR-15 and stick em on there?

it uses an AR grip, so I would imagine you can use anything that is created for an AR on it

From what I read .... it will fit most AR stocks, grips & free floats hand guards.

I had to modify my Magpul grip to fit but was some minor sanding and the tube is mil-spec

The receiver takes Mil-spec AR15 stocks. I have switched mine a couple times now.
