We're here to help, but you have to do the basic leg work first.
If you don't mine a used one go to EE. They come up almost every day and some have been used once or twice or still in box.
For new, the Calgary Shooting Centre is a great place to order from. I've bought lots of stuff over the years from them and the service is outstanding

Do you guys have any accessories for the SR22. More spesfically, pic rails for the hand guard, and barrels?
As you don't say where up north you are it's hard to advise but most places from the big box stores to the LGS carry the SR-22 rifle. In the GTA Al Flashertys seems to be the cheapest but if you're closer to Cabelas it's not worth the trip. Prices over the last year new, that I've seen, range from $750 - $850 with the average at $799.
Check out Iron Eagle Tactical. They are the mecca of SR22 parts, and have no problems shipping up here. I fully outfitted mine with IET parts. The owner is VERY nice, and calls if there are any problems. Says he'd rather talk to someone than email. Super happy with my purchases from him.
