Is there such a thing as an SR25/M110 Pattern rifle that is legal to own with PAL or RPAL?

About as close as you could come is one of the Troy PAR's in 308, or one of the straight pull rifles that are made by various manufacturers

Right, which is completely irrelevant because the SR25/M110 doesn't fall into any of those categories.
