SR9, yeah or neah?

the trigger STARTS OUT a bit gritty and heavy. If you just shoot it, it gets better, but if you tweak it (no money spent, just smooth the striker, striker channel etc) it gets quite a bit better. Like night and day. Same with the slide/frame interface. That was just gross, like it had mud in the channels. That isn't as nice as my Girsan, but not many are.

I prefer this trigger to any stock Glock or M&P I have used now. Not new, but after I was done with it. And it still has no aftermarket parts in it.

Ney. Had one briefly it was ok but nothing worth keeping IMO. Get a Glock or M&P if you want a plastic 9mm.

I agree. I had one, put about 1000 rounds through it and sold it for a glock. The trigger on the Glock is way better imo.
After a few hundred rounds, it started having ftf issues. Turned out I had to remove the magazine saftey, which seemed to be a common problem at the time.

If your looking for a budget first gun, then its fine. But personally I would rather spend a bit more and pick up a glock or something similar.

Personally, I'll stick with Glocks for polymer framed pistols.
