For those who have arranged for short term ATTs, when you call the ATT number (or ext 9512), do you just leave contact info, and wait for call back, or leave all info to write up the ATT?

I haven't been able to reach a human at the CFO, and no one's called me back yet.
 
Yes, you can leave a VM for call back. In general, when you phone in for a restricted transfer, the CFC lady will process the info and refer the transfer to your local CFO, once your local CFO grants the restricted transfer, an STATT will be mail to you along with the transfer docs.

If no one phones you back after the VM, then phone CFC and get them to transfer you to your local CFO. (during business hours only, don't call during their lunch break as well).
